I make every effort to bring meals to the food scene that offer community members the opportunity to enjoy local, in-season and fresh ingedients, while remaining dedicated to ensuring the distribution of local goods to the community, that our farmers and artisans work hard to create. I strive to practice and promote sustainability, recognize our local farmers and demonstrate our gratitude, for their hard work and dedication to the community.
My meals are the culmination of local ingredients and local efforts that I believe everyone deserves. My goal is to offer the highest quality, most genuine food experience for the members of this community, and those coming to enjoy all Vermont has to offer.
